• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform reception duties, including authorizing visitors, accepting deliveries, arranging outgoing mail and shipments, sorting and distributing mail/packages, answering and routing calls, and maintaining an organized office environment.
• Maintain office and kitchen supplies and equipment, coordinate company events and gatherings, support internal communications, and handle various administrative tasks.
• Process payments and prepare fixed-format documents, invoices, and internal management materials using Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• The Right Candidate Will Possess:
• At least one (1) year of experience in business administration, office operations, reception, payment processing, or document preparation.
• Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, management, and internal team members.
• The ability to understand requests accurately, provide timely support, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset focused on process improvement while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and sensitivity to cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Business-level English and Japanese communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with management, colleagues, and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and quick to learn new processes and systems.
