Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep & Cleaning Team Member (Evenings)

Now Hiring Immediately – Winchester Location

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our evening kitchen team. This is more than just a dishwasher position-you’ll be an essential part of keeping our restaurant running smoothly from start to finish.

Schedule

• Evening shifts
• 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Monday-Sunday availability required (weekends and holidays are a must)

Job Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep & Cleaning Team Member, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with kitchen prep throughout the shift
• Washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Returning all clean items to their proper storage areas
• Maintaining a clean and organized dish area at all times
• Sweeping, mopping, and keeping all kitchen and back-of-house areas clean
• Taking out trash and recycling throughout the shift
• Restocking cleaning supplies and keeping stations organized
• Completing the nightly deep cleaning checklist to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day
• Working alongside the kitchen team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
