H2B Sushi Cook – In Country Transfer Only. SUSHI Cook only – SUSHI Experience REQUIRED

Temporary, F/T job from 10/01/2026 – 07/31/2027

Duties: THIS IS A SUSHI COOK – for working in our SUSHI restaurant. You Must have SUSHI experience.

Responsible for cleaning and preparing raw fish; cooking and preparing Japanese food items; making sushi rolls and sashimi plates according to established restaurant recipes and service standards; and ensuring freshness of food, ingredients, and raw materials by checking for quality and proper storage.

Requirements: Six (6) months of experience in a sushi preparation environment required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.

Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $150 per payroll period ($75 per week). If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A $150.00 refundable security deposit is required, to be deducted from paycheck in equal $50.00 installments from employee’s first three (3) paychecks. All deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law will be made.

Under the direction of the chef, the line cook is responsible for food preparation and ensuring superior quality and consistency and presentation.
