Position summary:
TS Tech is implementing an update to its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As an ERP Workstream Lead – Procure to Receipt , you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert who is able to support the project manager and team in driving the project forward to complete deliverables and tasks. You will need to identify, track and escalate issues, facilitate project team members in problem solving, participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the organization.
After the system implementation, the Workstream Lead will be responsible for supporting the business, providing training, and ensure the system is functioning as intended.
Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:
Education:
- Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Information Systems, Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics or a closely related field or equivalent work experience in multiple areas
Experience:
-
- Seven years or more of progressively responsible related experience in distribution, manufacturing, materials, logistics and/or finance and operations management and analysis
- Five or more years of experience in leading teams and working in a matrixed (project) environment
- Experience with enterprise systems, particularly with:
- Quote to Demand: Customer Pricing & Quoting through Customer Demand
- Procure to Receipt: Material Requirements Planning through Material Receipt
- Supplier Scheduled Orders including order parameters
- Three or more years of ERP system implementation experience (QAD, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Experience in Training and Presenting to various audiences
Skill Set:

- Expertise in ERP Systems with a focus on Quote to Demand and Procurement processes
- Effective communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
- Deep understanding of IT systems and integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications
- Process analysis skills – ability to engage users, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Training and change management experience – ability to effectively train end-users of varying roles and technical proficiency
- Data-driven decision-making – strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive business improvements
- Leadership ability – capable of leading cross-functional teams, projects, and process changes
- Attention to detail and follow-through to ensure system accuracy and project completion
- Time management skills – ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- User impact awareness – understanding how system changes impact end users and ability to mitigate disruptions
- Collaboration in a complex environment – ability to work independently within a matrixed organization, with vendors, and in an international setting
- Adaptability and flexibility – ability to professionally manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Availability to work outside of regular office hours as needed for project deadlines and system rollouts
- Willingness to travel (25-50%) within North America to support ERP implementation and training
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Japanese proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Manager and team to assign and achieve project goals within available resource plans, and organizes workloads and project assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff. In collaboration with Project Manager, reviews progress and directs changes as needed.
- Oversee the ERP implementation for procurement, order management, and fulfillment functions.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Configure and test ERP modules related to purchasing, inventory management, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with IT and ERP vendors to ensure proper system integration and data migration.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption.
- Serve as the key liaison between the business and technical teams.
- Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure ERP deployment aligns with business goals.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- It is an essential function of this position that Associate be on the work site in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week because TSAM operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that simply cannot be had in a home office situation.
