Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The selected candidate will function as a Tactical Team lead responsible for overall fleet awareness, engagement, and analysis. Responsible for fleet tracking, trending, and team briefings to optimize team performance.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Coordinates Tactical Team activities to deliver standardized and timely support to F-35 Participants and ensures priority sustainment messaging is delivered to facilitate actions by worldwide maintenance units.
• Acts as the primary liaison linking internal and external stakeholders with the F-35 Sustainment ecosystem-including Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management, Field Operations, Support Equipment, Training, and additional partner teams as required.
• Provides briefings and tours to internal and external customers regarding the activities of the fleet through F-35 Operations Center.
• You’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the F-35 fleet’s aircraft availability and mission-ready rates. By engaging daily with operators and stakeholders, you’ll drive tangible improvements that keep the expanding fleet-and its customers-mission-focused and operating at peak performance.
• Help drive the evolution of the F-35 Operations Center by keeping its processes up-to-date and championing new, best-practice solutions. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to shape how the center operates, introduce innovative workflows, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives as the organization matures.
• The F-35 Ops Center is a 24/7/365 operation, and the candidate may be required to work different shifts and days as needed. Shifts will include first, second, and third. Workdays will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain F-35 Program access.
• Must be a United States citizen. Must be able to obtain Interim Secret clearance and start within 120 days. Must be able to obtain a final Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain F-35 Program access.

Basic Qualifications
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years F-35 aircraft or Military Aviation experience or at least 9 years of F-35 aircraft or Military Aviation experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Computing and collaboration skill sets to include MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
Desired skills
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic, Operations Center or Headquarters type of environment and the ability to develop influential relationships.
• Familiarity or experience with the following is a plus:
F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) to include Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Analytics, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools;
• Customer support skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentations and communication skills.
• Presentation design, web environment, process design, or Tableau visualization.
• Possess excellent presentation skills for customer and company presentations with experience briefing at the General Officer and VP level.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• Be able to identify trends and provide analysis to stakeholders.
• Must have a strong desire to grow professionally, adapt to an ever-changing environment, and are coachable.
• Fluent in any of the following languages: Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, or others.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 – $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $114,700 – $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
