  • Lead and support warehouse orientations, store openings, and market support initiatives
  • Lead, support, and provide guidance to Field Operations Representatives across multiple regions.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, stepping into field execution as needed.
  • Support training and development to drive consistent execution across markets.
  • Manage daily order flow and ensure timely and accurate submission across multiple facilities.
  • Prepare and distribute daily production sheets to commissaries.
  • Coordinate with external and internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Finance, Business Development) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Maintain organized tracking and reporting of operational data. Complete and submit detailed field reports following site visits.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to provide insights and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address issues and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in operations, retail, field execution, merchandising, or a related role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Leadership experience (direct or indirect team support preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time.
  • Post-secondary education
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-60% of the time, including out-of-state travel.
