Job Description or Job Overview

We are looking for a Japanese-English bilingual with mid-level experience as a System Engineer. This role is Hybrid and will require you to commute to the Torrance, CA office 3 days each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Engineering: Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure to meet organizational needs.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

• System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, databases, and other critical systems to ensure smooth operations.

• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective support to internal teams and users, resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Systems Design: Collaborate in the planning and development of new systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Skills Required/Qualifications

• Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills

• Troubleshooting and System Administration abilities

• Experience in Technical Support

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must be an English and Japanese bilingual

• Knowledge of network infrastructure

• Experience in Windows Server/Client OS, Virtual Infrastructure, M365, and Networking

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
